What can I play for free?
Free play covers games against computer rivals on the Classic Standard and Balanced maps, pass-and-play with friends on one device, six characters, and every trophy and level. It needs a free account and has no time limit.
What does Hearthsea Pass include?
Hearthsea Pass costs $5 a month. It adds online games with friends, same-Wi-Fi play and matchmaking, all seven Classic maps, map size and fog settings, every standard character, and stats synced to your account.
How does Seafarers pricing work?
Seafarers builds on Hearthsea Pass. It is a $5 a month add-on, so the two cost $10 a month together. It unlocks all nine Seafarers maps, online and offline.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like. The Pass keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, then your account goes back to free. Your trophies, levels and any skins you bought stay with you.
Are skins a subscription?
No. Premium skins and animal settlers are one-time purchases of $1 to $4 each, or $4 for a bundle of three. You keep them whether or not you have the Pass. They are cosmetic and never change how the game plays.
Which devices can I use?
Hearthsea runs in modern web browsers on phones, tablets, laptops and desktops, with nothing to install. Sign in on any of them and your Pass, skins and synced stats come with you.
How do I pay?
You pay by card through Stripe, a payment provider, when you pick the Pass or Seafarers in the in-game store. Hearthsea never sees or stores your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
